Additional supporting documents, pictures or presentations can be uploaded with the nomination form. They can also  be submitted via email to awards@customer-experience.live after the nomination form has been submitted.

Submissions need to be made on behalf of a Company. Individual submissions will not be considered.

The name of the executive submitting the nomination should be mentioned along with contact details to ensure the CX Live team can reach you.
